Our standard shipping via USPS is on Monday-Thursday,
for Tuesday-Saturday delivery. We will ship on Friday upon
request, but will only do so if we believe the cookies will arrive
within by Saturday or Monday. This is due to the fact our cookies have no
preservatives. Providing you with the best experience with ordering and
shipping your cookies is paramount to being the Best Gourmet Cookie
Company on the internet. Once you place your order this is our Shipping & Refund/Reship Policies:
- We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect address.
- Our policy is NOT to require a signature at the destination-if you want
a signature required please write "signature required" in the comments or special instructions" box during checkout.
- Because shipping costs are based on "no signature required" the
package is left in a spot where USPS deems a usual spot of entrance or
appropriate. Blue Chip Cookies is not held responsible if the package
is delivered to the location by USPS, but is not found by the addressee until a later date.
- We provide you with a tracking number, which gives you the ability to know when your package will arrive. If your package does not
arrive please call us as we are the shipper and can work with USPS more
effectively or your behalf.
- If you place an order and do not want to ship it until a specified date please select the date for delivery during checkout.
- If you wish to upgrade to USPS Overnight Delivery please upgrade the shipping when placing your order.
- If you are shipping to a University, Office Building or Hospital
where there is a mail center, you will need to take full responsibility
alerting the organization your package is coming. Please be sure that
the address is correct, and please that will do not refund in this situation.
- We ship to continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We also
ship internationally, however, please call us and place your order over
the phone for international orders.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays with USPS or if packages
do not arrive due to delays of weather, wrong address information or
information inputted by the customer that is not correct. However we
try our best to find a win/win solution. Any charges for customer
input error will be charge to your credit card.
- USPS Priority mail does not guarantee delivery dates, they will only estimate delivery within 2 to 3 days. They do guarantee overnight. Our experience to date has been excellent with USPS.
- Please understand once our cookies are placed in the shipper system the shipping is out of our control and in their control.
- Blue Chip Cookies Direct can only tell you the anticipated arrival
based on our shipping data from USPS. We do not guarantee shipment
arrival dates or times.
- We will do everything we can to ship your cookies on your requested date, we have a 99.3% deliver on time rate
