Here is a
step-by-step guide to sending Blue Chip Cookies' to
others:
- Find the product that you would like to send to
someone
- Before adding the product to your cart,
look for the "Ship To:" menu. This can be found right under the
"Add to Cart" button.
- If you have already added your "Ship To"
addresses, you will be able to select the person that you would
like to send this product to. Once you select the person's name you
add the product to your cart.
- If you have not set up your "Ship To" addresses,
select the "Someone Else" option and follow the on-screen
instructions.
That's it! We will save your addresses so that it is even easier
the next time you send a gift to someone on your contacts
list. If you have a list of people
that is larger than 10 people you can contact us at
info@bluechipcookies.com and we can import your addresses for
you.

Cookie MyWay is unique, you create your own 1 dozen
Assortment. It is just like standing in front of a Blue Chip
Cookies' display case in a store and choosing. You can choose up to
4 cookie flavors to make up each Blue Chip one dozen gift box. If
you write in the same flavor 2 times this means you want 6 cookies
of that flavor. Each flavor you write in the box represent
3
cookies. Example: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip,
White Chocolate Macadamia, Oatmeal Raisin. Please Note:
If we do have
the ingredients available that day or enough cookies made later in
the day we will substitute with a similiar cookie.

Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping via UPS is on Monday-Wednesday, for
Tuesday-Friday delivery. We will ship on Thursday and Friday upon
request, but will only do so if we believe the cookies will arrive
within 2-3 days. This is due to the fact our cookies have no
preservatives. Providing you with the best experience with ordering
and shipping your cookies is paramount to being the “Best Gourmet
Cookie Company” on the internet. Here are key aspects to know
about our shipping policy:

We pass our UPS negotiated shipping rates to you, our
customer.
- UPS does not
deliver to P.O. Boxes so only use street addresses...we will use
USPS, when the customer makes a special request.
- If you
provide a wrong address and UPS is required to correct this address
for a charge, your credit card will be charged for that
fee. Please take the time to make sure it is the exact
address.
- Our policy is
NOT to require a signature at the destination-if you want a
“signature” required please let us know in the comments during
checkout.
- Because
shipping costs are based on "no signature required" the package is
left in a spot where UPS deems a usual spot of entrance or
appropriate. Blue Chip Cookies is not held responsible if the
package is delivered to the location by UPS, but is not found by
the addressee.
- We provide
you with a tracking number, but if your package does not arrive
please call us as we are the shipper and can work with UPS more
effectively.
- If you place
an order and do not want to ship it until a specified date please
select the date for delivery during checkout.
- If you wish
to upgrade to UPS Overnight Delivery please upgrade the shipping
when placing your order.
- If you are
shipping to a University, Office Building or Hospital where there
is a mail center, you will need to take full responsibility
alerting the organization your package is coming. Please be sure
that the address is correct, we will not reship or refund.
- We ship to
continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship
internationally, however, please call us and place your order over
the phone for international orders. Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico
are usually the only countries we ship to outside the U.S.
- We are not
responsible for shipping delays with UPS or if packages do not
arrive due to delays of weather, wrong address information or
information inputted by the customer that is not correct. However
we try our best to find a win/win solution. Any charges for
customer input error will be charge to your credit card.
- UPS ground
does not guarantee delivery dates, they will only estimate
delivery.
- UPS does
guarantee 2 Day and Overnight delivery so if you have an issue
please contact us and we will work with UPS to rectify the
situation.
- Please
understand once our cookies are placed in the UPS system the
shipping is out of our control and in UPS control.
- Blue Chip
Cookies Direct can only tell you the anticipated arrival based on
our shipping data from UPS. We do not guarantee shipment arrival
dates or times.
- We will do
everything we can to ship your cookies on your requested date, we
have a 99.3% deliver on time rate.

For all online orders, our reship/refund policy is based on the
principle that we want our customer to love our product and keep
coming back for more. Our policy is we do not refund money,
but will do everything possible to make your experience excellent
with us. We take each "cookie case" VERY seriously and if a
customer is dissatisfied with our product we will review each
situation on a case by case basis and use our core customer service
principles to determine next steps. Our guiding principle is we
want our customers to be HAPPY and LOYAL! Our Reship/Refund Policy
is based on core principles, and each case is reviewed using these
principles. We believe our customers are honest, but we know
that there are those that abuse online businesses, especially food

reship or refund.
