Blue Chip Cookies Direct Return Policy

Due to our gourmet cookies' being perishable and food, we are not allowed to receive any returns, so all sales are final.  We will review each customer's "cookie case" with fresh eyes and consider appropriate steps based on the customer information provided. We do not refund, but we will consider reshipping or granting loyalty points.

If there is an issue with your order and you are requesting a reship or granting of loyalty points, please send us a picture by email within 1 day of delivery to orders@bluechipcookies.com of your complete original packaging to include:

  • All the cookies in their package with the label facing up with the cookie flavor label visible.  All cookie packs must be shown from the order.

  • The brown shipping box, the white gift box(es) the cookies that arrived on the day of delivery, and the belly band wrapped around the box.
Please eat your cookies/treats within two days of receipt or freeze due to no preservatives and real butter for future cravings. Make it a SWEET Experience.
