Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet cookies,  we do not accept returns and all cookie/brownie/cookie cake sales are final.  

Our policy is to review each customer case with fresh eyes. We will consider a reship or providing loyalty points, based on the data received and apply our core values to how we can make the customer happiest.

Please email us at with any questions or concerns.  Please provide us with pictures of your box and the cookies bags with the labels up, indicating the cookie flavors.  We will promptly respond to you within 1 business day!
