Blue Chip Cookies Direct Return Policy

Due to our gourmet cookies' perishable and food, we are not allowed to receive any returns, so all sales are final.  We will review each customer's "cookie case" with fresh eyes and consider appropriate steps based on the customer information provided. Please keep your original packaging to include the brown shipping box, the tape, and the white gift box(es) the cookies arrived in on the day of delivery. Please send us an email to happycustomers@bluechipcookies.com within one-day of your FedEx or USPS documented delivery date. We will request pictures, if need be, to understand the issue.

Please eat your cookies/treats within two days of receipt or freeze due to no preservatives and real butter. Make it a SWEET Experience.
